Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant and model. At 16, she started participating in fitness contests following her decision to quit gymnastics. She was 17 years old when she was awarded her Professional Card. Ariel Khadr has been a paid athlete of IFBB Fitness Pro and is modeling. She first began to participate in fitness competitions after quitting her childhood career in gymnastics. In the year 17, she received her Pro Card within a year. Thus becoming one of the most youthful IFBB Pro in history. Once she received her Professional Card, Ariel was able to take six years off the stage in order to complete her college education. Then she came back in the year 2015 and picked up where she previously left off competing in top competitions including that of the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. The contest continued for several years after her debut, establishing higher goals for herself each year. In 2009 she had won four health titles. Also, year 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champions made her one of one of the IFBB's Fitness Pros with the smallest age ever. Ariel had a long break after earning her Pro card so that she could earn her college degree. In October 2015 Ariel made her return with her IFBB Fitness Pro debut at 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. In the competition, she placed third. Summer of 2016, she won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. In the process, she was able to participate in Fitness Olympia. A few months later she was on the Olympia stage and took home the position of 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel admits that she did not have any expectations. She was happy by her performance. The competition was among the top athletes. Ariel keeps impressing with improvements to her body each year. Ariel prefers to concentrate upon her lower back. Her typical back workout consists of bent over rows single-arm lat pull-downs, on a machine pull-ups, and seated rows. Her usual routine is to warm up before moving onto the working sets. Ariel is also known for making the most out of her time. Converting all the back exercises into three or four 10-12 repetition supersets is exactly what she is doing.
