She has worked with leaders in various industries to help improve the business results, especially when growth is rapid. Annmarie was a consultant, helping translate people and business strategies into goals, strategic plans as well as enterprise-wide goals by focusing on organizational performance, employee involvement, and change. She is of the opinion that learning is one of the key elements of leading. Her broad experience with smaller and mid-sized companies and Fortune 500 organizations in developing and coaching leaders that have demonstrated results and successful outcomes created corporate cultures that embrace the concept of learning and innovation to positively impact individuals teams as well as organizations.
